Here are some descriptions and information on different therapeutic techniques that I use. There is evidence that many approaches to psychotherapy, all work well. I strive for a therapeutic relationship, which includes caring, warmth, empathy, acceptance, mutual affirmation and encouragement. I believe in supporting the dignity of people over any singular approach.

- Marriage & Family Therapy – is therapy focused on family systems and holistic, systemic, and relational view of a client.
